Member records
Members, vendors, guests, and team members stay searchable and current.
Branded app for trade and community associations
Run your association from one trusted app.
Members get a simple mobile app for people, references, events, notices, support, documents, and chat. Committees get a clean dashboard to manage daily work, and the platform is ready for Hindi and Gujarati rollout after English launch.
The market problem
Member lists sit in one place, notices in another, event bookings somewhere else, and trust checks often happen over calls. Bharosa brings the everyday work into one branded app so members and committees know where to go.
Members, vendors, guests, and team members stay searchable and current.
References, GST checks, complaints, and caution notices stay connected.
Approvals, events, circulars, support, documents, and roles move through clear queues.
Activity history shows what changed, who changed it, and when it happened.
Product overview
Bharosa is built for the way associations actually run. Members get a simple app, the committee gets a reliable admin desk, and the platform team gets settings that make each association feel like its own product.
The experience is branded for each association, but the operations stay consistent: people, events, documents, support, trust checks, and activity history all work from the same foundation.

For members
Members can find people, check trade references, book events, read official updates, raise support requests, chat, and keep documents close.

The trust advantage
Bharosa connects the everyday checks that associations already handle over calls, messages, and committee meetings. Members see enough context to decide carefully, while the committee keeps an accountable trail.
How it helps
Fetch GST details and see reference history before engaging.
Save comments, complaints, and notices with supporting context.
Committee teams can follow status, ownership, and audit history.
Members can ask for and share market references before doing business.
Associations can record agent checks with identity details and member responses.
The committee can publish serious risk notices with response and review history.
Members can fetch GST profile data before references, complaints, and business checks.
Disputes can be recorded with proof, status, and committee responses.
Trust and language
These are two important buyer questions: where the GST data comes from, and how the app can serve members who prefer Indian languages after launch.
GST data
A member enters a GSTIN and Bharosa checks it through the Masters India GST service. The app then shows the legal business name, registration status, taxpayer type, business type, and principal address in simple language. Successful checks are cached for 30 days, so repeat lookups are faster and daily quota usage stays controlled.
Language readiness
English remains the launch language. The product already carries Hindi and Gujarati localization groundwork, Indic font support, and runtime labels so associations can move toward multilingual member experiences after launch without redesigning the app.
Language readiness
Bharosa is not being positioned as multilingual on day one. The important point for buyers is that the app, admin labels, and platform settings have been shaped so Hindi and Gujarati can be introduced without rebuilding the product experience.
This keeps the homepage honest: launch is English-only, while the product foundation already respects regional language needs for v2.1-style rollout conversations.
English launch
The product launches in English so onboarding, support, and operations stay predictable.
हिन्दी
Core labels, runtime wording, and Indic font choices are prepared for the first post-launch language rollout.
ગુજરાતી
Gujarati is planned alongside Hindi for associations whose members prefer local-language screens.
Runtime labels
Common words such as member, vendor, reference, and complaint can be managed through platform settings.
Feature catalogue
Instead of listing technical module numbers, the product is grouped around what members and committees actually do: manage people, run events, communicate, store documents, resolve issues, and grow community value.

Implementation
A new association does not need a custom software project. The launch plan is practical: brand the app, import clean data, train the office team, pilot with a smaller group, and then open it to members.
Apply association logo, colors, app name, and identity.
Clean and import members, vendors, guests, documents, and reference data.
Run admin workflows for approvals, events, content, support, and governance.
Launch with a controlled user group and tune configuration.
Open mobile access, monitor adoption, and keep improving from settings.
Security and governance
Members sign in securely, files are protected, permissions decide who can do what, and important actions are recorded. That keeps day-to-day work accountable without making the app difficult to use.
Secure sign-in and sessions
Role-based access
Action history for reviews
Protected document links
Governance checklist
Committee access is separated by role and responsibility.
Important actions keep user, time, and reason context.
Documents use controlled links instead of open file sharing.
Teams can review active access and sign-in state.
Honest roadmap notes
The homepage should say what is available now and what is planned later. These notes keep sales conversations clear.
Razorpay automation is deferred; events and donations are digitally recorded but settled offline at launch.
English is launch scope; Hindi and Gujarati are the first planned language rollouts on top of the existing language-ready foundation.
The mobile app is online-first and not an offline-capable product.
No chatbot, recommendation engine, or AI-augmented workflow is part of launch scope.
Walk through the member mobile app, committee dashboard, platform settings, and pricing fit for your association.
